Do you think knitting is for old ladies??

What do you think about knitting and do you knit or do something with thread?

Gosh I hope not, I have been doing it since I was a little girl. I taught my son how to knit using a loom when he was 6-7 years old and I would like to teach my daughter how to do it to. I am thinking about teaching him how to crochet this year.
I will agree that the art of Crocheting and Knitting are dying out. There are only three of us in my family (including aunts, cousins, sisters ect.) that still knit or crochet. My sister-in-law can crochet the most beautiful dresses. She crocheted her daughters First Communion Dresses.
